All customers who finalize a transaction and provide the necessary email identification will automatically be signed up for our weekly emails unless “Join Yaxel Cigars Mailing List” box is unchecked on the checkout screen of their purchase. You can update your account information by logging into your account and visiting My Account. Once here, simply click on “Update Account Details.” Here you can modify your account details including your email address, telephone number, and login password.

Debit and Credit Card Transactions
When placing an order on our web store, your credit card or debit card will not be charged until your order is processed. However, your bank summary may show what appears to be an actual deduction. These funds are put on hold by your credit card company, but will not be deducted from your account until your order has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation along with your tracking number. Take care when using a debit card verses a credit card to place online orders as debit cards are tied to available funds.
