- Merchandise must be returned in the condition as it was sold; no cut or partially smoked cigars.
- All promotional items must be returned in their original box along with cigars
- For safety reasons, items that use flammable liquids or gases such as lighters cannot be returned to Yaxel Cigars. Please contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information. For assistance in contacting the manufacturer, please contact us.
How To Make A Return
- Call (786) 953-7465 and ask for Customer Service between Monday and Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Ask for a Return/Exchange Authorization Request form. Please indicate your name, order number, items you’re returning, and reason for return. Include any pictures of the product if received damage
- Specify if you’ll be wanting a refund or replacement.
- Be sure when packaging your return to pack the cigars well. If cigars come back damaged due to less than adequate packaging no refund will be issued.
